From a 1 to 10 we can definitely give you a 10 easily. Your beyond professional with everything you do. Knowing we were still living in our home before we sold it to your company and you still let us stay in there until we closed on the new one was remarkable. We gave you the idea of what we wanted in searching for our new home and you found it in about a weeks time and it was exactly what we asked for. Our closing date changed and it messed my wife and I up with what we were trying to do and you got it pushed up for us to close at the time we wanted. Not only that but every appointment we had you was there before anybody got there ready to do what you do best and you spoke up for us about things we didn’t understand and you always asked us is this OK with you guys and which direction do we think suits us. We thank you for your time and not just treating us like another customer to get out the way. We built a bond and I would highly recommend anyone to use you guys.

I would highly recommend working with 3 Key Properties if you wish to sell your home. Working with 3 Key Properties to sell my home was a very easy process. Buddy and Jacquie are very up front with you about every aspect of the process and provided me with documentation on the process as well as copies of the contracts to read over at my leisure before signing. They were able to get all inspections scheduled on the same day to limit the burden on the home owner. The best parts of this process was that I didn’t need to make any repairs to my home which needed a lot of work done, I didn’t need to make trips to the dump to get rid of any unwanted items before turning over the house, and all closing costs were covered. There were literally no surprises at all during this process. Closing was well organized, we were able to get in and out of the lawyers office within 15 minutes, and any funds needing transferred to complete the transaction were done within 24 hours of closing. You couldn’t ask for a easier process if you are looking to sell your home for a fair price.

We highly recommend 3 Key Properties! Jacquie and Buddy are wonderful people. Our townhouse was old, cluttered, and too overwhelming to consider fixing up ourselves to put on the market. Also, we have 3 cats so the idea of taking our beloved animal companions out of the home for open houses and showings was out of the question. We also were not too keen on keeping them locked up during repairs. We didn’t have to make repairs, clean, or remove our junk. They made the process as stress-free as possible. They were very flexible and upfront about everything. There were no surprises. We look forward to seeing what our old home looks like when they are finished. We saw the before and after on another home in our old neighborhood and were amazed by the transformation. In fact, we briefly considered buying it! We couldn’t be happier with our experience.
